The 2005 Australian National FAI Club Class Gliding Championships were held at Waikerie, 11 Jan - 21 Jan 2005. Waikerie Gliding Club, with the support of SAGA, hosted the competition.

54 pilots in 50 gliders registered for the comp. The comp has finished: Bruce Taylor is the winner, followed by Peter Temple and Terry Cubley. The full scores are here, and some of the stories made it into the daily news. (21 Jan)

From the January 2004 competition: Phil Ritchie was the winner! 40 gliders entered the competition. Two pilots came from WA and many from the eastern states. It was a single class competition. There are some flying stories and photos, and the daily scoresheets are on the results page.
