The 2009 South Australian State Gliding Championships was run at Waikerie, from Saturday 3 January to Saturday 10 January 2009. Waikerie Gliding Club, with the support of SAGA, hosted the competition.
Terry Cubley is the winner. Bjorn Rechinger second, Haidyn Dunn third. Well done guys!
It was a "fun" competition, run in association with Waikerie's Maurie Bradney Week. It was a multiclass competition, with water ballast allowed, all scoring will be done with data loggers, launching by aerotow, and daily prizes. Accommodation and dinner were available in the clubhouse. The handicaps and more competition data are on the comp details page.
